This is a 20 mile looped event, starting and finishing at the iconic Landguard Fort on the Felixstowe peninsula. It is 80% trail / 20% tarmac (promenade/paths). The route takes in 2 nature reserves, 2 major river paths, a unique crossing at the port of Felixstowe and the promenade itself. Expect short sections of shingle in the mix too! Entrants will receive a long-sleeved 'winter' running top and a medal as part of the entrance fee. There will be a cafe at the start/finish to purchase tea, coffee and cake. There is ample parking within one mile of the start/finish location.
