7 Hour Timed Event. 4.4 mile full loop and 5km shorter loop available. As many laps as desired can be run during the 7 hours to include 5km, 10km, half marathon, marathon, ultra marathon etc. Flat and fast. Drinks and snacks available at the start / end of each loop and goody bag and medal on completion. Walkers welcome.
