Starting and finishing at the visitor centre in Cuerdon Valley park, the 5K route takes you on an undulating journey around the park. Amazing views from every turn, this off-road trail run is suitable for runners of all abilities. What better way to spend a Friday than running amongst the trees and wildlife. The visitor centre will be open for refreshments prior to the run and will remain open for the duration of the event.
