Organisers Statement: A 4 mile (approx) trail race through parkland on trails and footpaths mostly within Astley Park. There will also be a supporting 1 mile junior race 30 minutes prior to the main race. Course Description: A mostly flat / slightly undulating 2-lap course, on footpaths and woodland trails predominantly within Astley Park. Course Navigation: No navigation required - with signage, marshals, course map at registration point and very little opportunity to go the wrong way.
