Our HOT-TO-GO events take in the summer sights and sounds of the wonderful Hurn Forest. Starting at Hospital Services Cricket Club, this out and back route follows the main trail through the forest. Trail shoes are recommended but not essential as the track is hardstanding and well maintained. 20% of entry costs will go to Forestry England to support maintenance of the nation's forests and trails. We will have an aid and drinks station at the start/finish, with a selection of savoury and sweet items. There will also be an area to leave your own items. Please note we do not provide plastic cups; bring your own. Toilets are available at the cricket club. Minimum age for our 5 mile event is 16 years and for our 10 mile event is 17 years. Number pick-up is at race registration before you start the event. Registration is from 09.30. Final instructions will be sent out via email before the event with full information. Laps are a 2.5 mile, out and back, course. The 5 mile event is one lap and the 10 mile event is two laps.
