Organisers Statement: 2 lap, 5k event for walkers and runners in the popular Langdon Hills Plotlands Country park. Starting from the Langdon Nature Discovery Park Centre the route follows the bridleways around the hilly but scenic park with a long downhill to finish. There is free parking, the Centre sells drinks and snacks and toilets are available. There are no designated changing facilities Course Description: Route on mostly hard packed gravel bridleways with 2 areas of unmade path. There are 2 horse gates approximately 12" high which must be stepped over (one has a path round it) Course Navigation: Flour marked arrows around the entire route with marshals at significant junctions.
