Organisers Statement: A trail loosely based on the Admiral McHardy Way. Even though it is central Essex we have found 900 feet of climbing (and descents) for you. The course covers both river valley and hilly wooded terrain and is mostly on well trodden tracks. Course Description: Flat river valley to start and finish with a few hills to climb, traverse and descend in the middle. All on good footpaths, bridleways and tracks. Course Navigation: Written route description available at start. No marshals or markings. Start window between 9.00am and 10.30am.
